Thank you for shopping with Cassa of Bikes. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. 60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unassembled, and in original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-modified or specially ordered bikes

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items marked “non-returnable” at the time of sale

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating the return process.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and full instructions.

Please do not return items without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective upon arrival

  • Not the item you ordered

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cassabikes.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will promptly arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect item received

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must be shipped using the return label provided by us. We are not responsible for returns sent through other methods or for lost packages.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund

If the item is returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be rejected.


8. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
