Great bike but my girlfriend said she did not need one!

The bike is awesome in terms of design and what it’s meant to deliver. Unfortunately, mine arrived poorly assembled the pedal bearings are stiff due to bad greasing, and the drivetrain causes noticeable energy loss. Luckily, a visit to a bike shop should sort it out. It also had some small scratches, suggesting it was mishandled during assembly. Despite these issues, this bike is genuinely changing my life. I don’t regret the purchase and I’m very happy with it overall.

Excellent!!! Fast, smooth, very light. Top gear just what is needed to make full use of it’s lightness and smoothness. Came with light weight Schwalbe One tyres + lightweight inner tubes, which punctured after 8 miles. Swapped them out for more robust, Continental Urban tyres + ‘real’ tubes.

Overall, a light bike with excellent ride quality. The 12-speed gear range is good enough to handle most small hills. Since it’s a recent purchase, I haven’t yet found the right solution for a slipping seat post. When I took it in for service, the mechanic just over-tightened the clamp — which is not a real fix. At this price point, I expect the product to work properly straight out of the box. These things should be tested and quality-checked before being shipped to the customer. I have another model from the same brand that worked flawlessly on arrival, so I didn’t expect this premium version to fall short in this area. Despite the issues, I still consider the bike itself to be outstanding.

Best version yet. The design clearly reflects what enthusiasts typically do after purchase — with improved pedals, a smarter frame and latching system, a 12-speed gear range, and a lightweight, rust-free titanium frame. The reduced weight makes this bike incredibly practical for multi-modal transport. I added Continental Contact Urban tyres, since roads and byways in NW England are unforgiving for anything without puncture protection, along with a specific S-Works 3D-designed saddle I normally use on my road bike.

Light bike to ride and carry around.

  7. Sue

Very impressed with the workmanship and I love the ride. It is so light – despite being little I actually managed to lift it out of the box it came in.

  8. Robin

Great bike, but the cassette lock ring came undone after the second ride.
